GENERAL INFO

Location

The Gardens are located inside the gates of Fort Mason which is at the intersection of Bay and Franklin Streets in San Francisco's Marina District. As you enter Fort Mason, just after the first stop sign, you will make a soft left around the little chapel. Immediately on your left are the Gardens.

Garden Plots

The Garden has one hundred twenty five garden plots. Most of these garden plots measure 20x5 feet. Members are entitled to grow vegetables and flowers in these plots as they wish. Organic gardening is widely encouraged. The use of pesticides is forbidden anywhere in the garden. Plots are assigned by the Membership Chair as they become vacant.
